Role Highlights:
* Rare opportunity to join the artistic leadership team of Australia's national Ballet company
* Work in partnership with a warm, collaborative, world-class team
* Provide leadership and support to 75 dancers, focusing on female identifying artists.
What you'll be doing:
* Stage and coach ballet productions
* Teach classical ballet classes and lead rehearsals
* Develop the technique and artistry of dancers
* Provide leadership and direction to dancers and the organisation
What experience you'll need:
* Extensive experience working with international and Australian choreographers and artistic directors
* Extensive experience as a professional dancer at an elite level
* Superior communication skills with dancers and related production teams
* Positive, open, and collaborative attitude
