About the Job

* Job Title: Park Manager
* Location: Townsville, Queensland, Australia
* Industry: Travel and Hospitality

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a results-driven individual who can lead by example and inspire their team to deliver exceptional service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop a high-performing team across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
* Manage the park's financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
* Oversee compliance, safety, and park presentation
* Collaborate with internal partners in revenue, HR, and marketing
* Handle after-hours operations as required


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong leadership and management skills
* Commercial acumen and financial management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to train, support, and motivate staff
* Familiarity with RMS or other reservation systems (ideal but not essential)
