Key Responsibilities:
* Drive program design, delivery, and ERP implementation through expert input.
* Validate and refine business processes, procedures, and documentation.
* Collaborate across functions to ensure system integration and operational readiness.
* Support governance, compliance, and alignment with organisational standards.
* Act as a change agent, championing communication, engagement, and adoption.
* Promote safe, sustainable, and risk-aware project and asset management practices.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of the capital project lifecycle, asset management frameworks, and their interdependencies.
* Experience contributing to business transformation or ERP projects.
* Proven ability to influence outcomes and collaborate across functions.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and prioritisation skills.
* ERP experience (Infor/SAP/TechOne).
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Business Systems or related field.
