Customer Service Officer
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Officer/Inventory Coordinator. The role involves managing inventory functions by operating our stock control computer system, providing great customer service to our customer, and being the first point of contact for our client.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage inventory functions by operating our stock control computer system.
2. Provide great customer service to our client.
3. Be the first point of contact for our client.
4. Instruct and train staff as required to ensure quality standards are maintained.
5. Plan and control work activities, including resource allocation and time management.
6. Maintain all technical publications relevant to the operation of the Inventory Office.
7. Built and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.
8. Demonstrate a personal commitment to all matters relating to health and safety.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
* Relevant experience in a similar environment.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* A knowledge of inventory management systems would be desirable.
* Experience within the Defence and/or Logistics environment would be highly advantageous.
