Overview
Our client is looking to engage an Instructional Designer/Training Facilitator to join the team to develop, revise and deliver general EDRMS (Electronic Document and Records Management System) user training. The successful applicant will report to the EDRMS SaaS Project Manager and will possess the following:
Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or experience in developing digital learning modules and delivering ICT system–based training in a corporate context.
* Proven track record in designing end-to-end training suites – including face-to-face workshops, webinars and eLearning – specifically tailored for ICT system rollouts.
* Demonstrated experience delivering training, ensuring engagement and knowledge transfer.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical system requirements into clear, user-friendly documentation.
* Strong project, problem-solving and time-management skills.
* Demonstrated facilitation skills with a focus on driving user engagement and ensuring measurable knowledge transfer across diverse learner cohorts.
* Technical skills in Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and experience in managing a learning management system (Acorn or similar).
* Basic understanding/experience using an EDRMS.
* Basic image/video capture/editing and publishing experience.
Responsibilities
* Apply learning principles and training delivery methodologies to online, webinar and, if required, face-to-face training delivery.
* Develop new/revised bespoke training material for the EDRMS SaaS project, including training workshop materials, 'how-to' guides, Quick Reference Guides, videos etc.
* Review and update current project training processes and materials in response to new product features, requirements and end-user feedback.
* Work with the project and change managers to manage the logistics, scheduling and administration of training sessions.
* Work with the learning and development team to ensure alignment with broader organisational training standards and processes.
* Perform additional duties/responsibilities as directed by the Project Manager.
