Job Title: Legal Consultant
We are seeking a commercial lawyer fluent in Japanese to join our team.
* A minimum of 5 years PQE in-house or within a law firm is required.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiation of commercial contracts.
* Industry experience within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and/or FMCG is highly valued.
* Professional or fluent proficiency in Japanese is essential.
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with a strong academic background, experienced in international law firms or equivalent in-house/secondment roles.
They must also be flexible, communicative, and adaptable, with a strong ability to develop close relationships with colleagues and clients.
