Job Description
The Opportunity
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia and Digital Designer with expertise in creating digital and visual assets including infographics, diagrams, animations, videos and e-learning content. Reporting to our Change Specialist you will play a key role in elevating the visual and digital presentation of key concepts and producing high quality content and digital learning that is interactive and inspires and informs.
The Role
Key Responsibilities Of The Role Are
- Collaborate with content contributors to design compelling visual and digital concepts
- Conceptualise written content into engaging storyboards, prototypes and final assets
- Apply principles of instructional design and adult learning theory to create effective content
- Design and develop e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate or Rise
- Create high quality digital and visual assets including infographics, diagrams, animations and videos
About You
What you will bring to Arc:
- Proven experience in content development including instructional design principles, multimedia content creation and e-learning
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360 or similar applications
- Experience with development of animations or motion graphics
- Exposure to HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- A keen eye for detail and creativity
- Experience with photography and videography advantageous
