A casual Pharmacy Assistant position is available at Barry Dean Pharmacy in Frankston VIC ****.
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the pharmacy team and delivering exceptional customer service to our patients.
What you'll be doing
Assisting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with dispensing medications and other pharmacy duties
Providing outstanding customer service to patients, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have
Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the pharmacy
Completing stock management tasks, such as ordering, receiving, and organising pharmaceutical supplies
Providing general administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service role is desirable, but not essential
