About the opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Development Manager to serve the Baldivis region.
Responsibilities
* Work with the Channel Manager and local Repco Store Managers to build effective, productive relationships with target customers using the newly introduced CRM platform and best‐in‐class promotional activity.
* Understand customer needs, proactively solve their problems and identify areas to grow share of spend with Repco.
* Be ultimately responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of a territory of approximately 150 customers.
* Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions.
* Achieve sales budgets through a proactive and innovative approach.
* Build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
* Use CRM systems.
Qualifications
* Interest in the automotive industry and sales and/or customer management experience (automotive industry preferred).
* Strong drive to achieve KPIs and targets.
* Dynamic, high-performance team player with a customer‐first culture.
* Valid Australian driver's licence.
* Passion for automotive.
