About the Role:
This leadership position is ideal for a talented individual who will lead and advance digital revenue growth and performance marketing effectiveness across the APAC region.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Digital, E-commerce, and CRM strategy to maximise website performances. You'll manage online traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and A/B testing, ensuring data-driven strategies to achieve key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities include defining and implementing the global CRM strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch projects, and monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics.
As a successful candidate, you'll have 5-8+ years of experience in a similar role, with strong e-commerce retail-focused and performance marketing background. Outdoor, bicycle, snow sport, automotive, or other related industry experiences are highly regarded.
