About The Role
You will work with the Older Persons Mental Health team to facilitate change in attitudes and behaviour related to health and illness, aiming to prevent and relieve distress or dysfunction and promote quality of life.
Evaluate complex psychological and other factors affecting behaviours. This will inform collaborative case formulations and lead to individual counselling, therapeutic interventions, and group programs in areas such as mental health, family issues, behavioural problems, problem addictions, prevention & early intervention, trauma, or health rehabilitation.
