We are currently partnering with a highly respected commercial builder to source an experienced Finishes Foreman to join their project delivery team in Melbourne.
This builder has been operating successfully for far over 50 years, delivering technically complex and high-quality projects across sectors including education, community, heritage, hospitality and commercial developments.
With a strong reputation for delivering projects in live environments and detailed architectural builds, they are known for their collaborative approach and high standards of workmanship.
The Role As the Finishes Foreman, you will play a key role in the final stages of a high-quality commercial project, ensuring the programme, quality, and coordination of trades are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all finishing trades onsite
* Drive programme to ensure smooth completion and handover
* Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
* Oversee defect management and close‐out processes
* Ensure strong site safety practices are maintained
* Work closely with the Site Manager and project team to achieve project milestones
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman / Finishes Supervisor on commercial projects
* Strong experience managing subcontractors and sequencing finishing trades
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to drive programme and meet tight delivery deadlines
* Strong communication and leadership skills
