We craft high-performance, custom aluminium boats for customers across Australia, built from the ground up with marine-grade aluminium and craftsmanship that’s second to none.
About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Marine Fabricator to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis in Pinjarra, WA. You will create, shape, and assemble aluminium components that form the structure and functionality of our boats, including hulls, decks, custom fittings, frames, and supports. Your work will ensure every vessel is strong, lightweight, durable, and seaworthy, while meeting precise design specifications.
What You’ll Do:
* Fabricate, cut, shape, and weld marine-grade aluminium to build hulls, decks, and custom components
* Assemble boat structures with accuracy, ensuring quality and seaworthiness
* Read and interpret technical drawings and customer specifications
* Perform finishing, grinding, and polishing for smooth, durable surfaces
* Collaborate with the team to install systems and custom features
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, clean workspace
What You’ll Need:
* Qualification in Marine Fabrication
* Experience in aluminium fabrication, preferably in boat building
* A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to producing high-quality result
* Strong welding and assembly skills
* Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
