About the Role
Be a part of the CSR family, we're on a mission to build solutions for a better future. As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Interior Systems division, you will play a critical role in driving business growth across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions.
You will be responsible for growing our Bradford Insulation footprint by developing new opportunities and supporting our existing client base.
In This Role You Will
* Identify and implement strategies to grow Bradford Insulation's market share across QLD.
* Collaborate closely with the QLD Interior Systems Sales Team and CSR sales channels to maximise growth.
* Strengthen relationships with residential builders, contractors, aligned and non-aligned resellers.
* Support the GTC network and engage with our partners to achieve year-on-year sales increases.
* Develop growth plans with key customers and contractors to enhance our product portfolio presence.
* Deliver insights on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform business decisions.
* Maintain a robust pipeline through regular CRM activity logging and reporting.
* Manage APBA partner claims and contribute to financial performance reviews.
What You Bring To The Role
* Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, ideally within the construction or building products industry.
* Qualifications in Business, Sales Development or Construction (preferred).
* Proven track record of achieving sales growth, particularly at the contractor level.
* Strong commercial acumen with an ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
* Ability to interpret technical product information and deliver clear, impactful presentations.
* A collaborative and proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Strong CRM and pipeline management capabilities.
