Job Description

Personal Assistant & Branch Coordinator needed - Apply now! Your new company The role is responsible for the planning, leading, directing and proactive coordination and delivery of business support activities across a specific branch of the Council.

It provides high quality administration and executive support to the General Manager and Business Unit Managers. Coordinating branch activities on a day-to-day basis, providing administrative leadership and management of correspondence, administrative processes and systems, and communication support for the branch.

Your new role Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leadership. Coordinate business support activities across the branch to ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage correspondence, administrative processes, and communication systems. Deliver personal assistant support to the General Manager, including:

Diary and appointment management. Meeting coordination and preparation of agendas, minutes, and presentations. Prepare, review, and edit reports, submissions, and high-level correspondence.

Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives. Conduct audits of administrative practices to maintain compliance and best practice. Build collaborative relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed Proven experience supporting senior managers with confidential and complex administrative tasks. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.

High-level interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively across all levels. Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems. Ability to manage projects, improve processes, and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.

Collaborative approach and ability to build positive working relationships. Desirable: Knowledge of corporate administrative policies.

Previous experience within the Public Sector would be highly desirable. Experience using CMX, Records Manager, SAP. What you'll get in return
