Our Hazelmere-based client in the transport industry is seeking a
proactive Customer Service Officer / Admin
to join their team on an
ongoing contract
, working
Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm
.
Key Responsibilities
Support the team in meeting daily deadlines and KPIs
Manage customer enquiries and freight tracking requests
Assist with priority, interstate, and critical freight
Accurate data entry and adherence to procedures
Cross-train across contracts to maximise team support
Maintain Safety Standards and CoR compliance
Requirements
Previous customer service, admin, or transport experience
Strong communication and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
SAP or Dynamics experience advantageous
Driver's licence required
