About The Role
As a key member of our logistics team, the administration supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations. This position involves providing leadership and consistent service delivery for both FIFO and residential workforce requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with all internal departments and external service providers to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-focused logistics services. Key responsibilities include overseeing logistics processes, managing company housing and camp rooms, coordinating employee flight bookings, supervising vehicle allocations, overseeing canteen operations, managing uniform fittings, and supporting office operations.
* Develop and implement effective logistics processes to meet business objectives.
* Ensure accurate and well-maintained records for company housing, camp rooms, and rentals.
* Coordinate employee flight bookings and changes in line with rosters and approval requirements.
* Supervise company light-vehicle allocations, rentals, compliance, and reporting.
* Oversee canteen operations, meal counts, invoicing, hygiene checks, and service quality.
* Manage uniform fittings, ordering, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
* Support office operations, including supplies, repairs, utilities, cleaning, and contract management.
* Monitor logistics expenditure and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
