Keystone Search is proudly partnering with Bespoke Manufacturing Group (BMG) in the search for a Group Digital Marketing Executive at a pivotal time for the business.
Following recent acquisitions, new product development and expansion into new markets, BMG is strengthening its group brand while placing significant strategic focus on elevating the Gitsham Automotive brand, having been established in 1917 and leader in aluminium canopies, tray tops and 4WD accessories, which they intend to take from national to global supply.
This role is ideal for a creative digital marketer who thrives on variety: capturing compelling content in the factory, building high-impact campaigns, and driving the ongoing development and growth of Gitsham as a premium brand, including the only Australian made and crash tested Ute Canopy available to trade, fleet and recreational markets. You'll work closely with senior leadership to help shape the next evolution of this proudly South Australian owned manufacturing group.

About the Role
The Group Digital Marketing Executive will work across the BMG portfolio, but the primary brand responsibility is Gitsham Automotive. This means driving digital presence, creating compelling content, coordinating product launches and helping build Gitsham's reputation as a leading automotive brand.
The role is hands-on, creative and varied — ideal for someone who enjoys real ownership, producing high-quality content, and developing a cohesive brand identity across both Gitsham and the wider BMG group.
You will ensure Gitsham's brand, visual identity and product storytelling are executed to a consistently high standard, reflecting its growing ambitions across trade, fleet and 4WD markets through national distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead digital marketing across social, email, websites and paid channels
* Produce and edit high-quality photography and videography
* Create marketing materials including social content, product collateral and website updates
* Drive Gitsham's brand development and product storytelling, particularly across canopy, tray and 4WD accessory ranges
* Maintain consistent brand standards across all BMG businesses, with Gitsham as the priority
* Coordinate with external partners for SEO/SEM, website improvements and digital optimisation
* Manage content calendars, digital campaigns, marketing automation and reporting
* Capture authentic on-site product and factory content to support brand credibility
* Collaborate with design, production, sales and leadership across Edinburgh Parks and Melrose Park

Key Requirements
Essential
* Experience in digital marketing, content creation or brand execution
* Strong capability in social media, SEO fundamentals and campaign delivery
* Hands-on photography, videography and content editing skills
* Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement
* Comfortable working across office, workshop and factory environments
Desirable
* Experience in B2B, manufacturing, automotive or technical industries
* Experience managing multiple brands or product categories
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
* CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
