The Pharmacy Department at Townsville University Hospital provides comprehensive clinical pharmacy services across multiple specialties. This role is embedded within the Cancer Care Services team, delivering expert medication management and leadership in the Oncology Day Unit to support safe, effective, and evidence-based care for oncology patients.

About your opportunity
As a Senior Pharmacist within Cancer Care Services, you will provide high-level clinical pharmacy expertise, leadership, and education in the Oncology Day Unit. This non-rotational role focuses on safe and effective medication management, multidisciplinary collaboration, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Pharmacy and current AHPRA registration.
* Demonstrated experience in hospital pharmacy and oncology services.
* High-level communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
* Rostered overtime and on-call availability.
* A probationary period may apply.
