Lawnbrook Estate is a boutique winery and restaurant nestled in the beautiful Perth Hills. Known for quality, seasonal produce and a relaxed yet refined dining experience, we are seeking a passionate and capable Chef or Experienced Cook to join our team for an immediate start.
We are open to different experience levels—whether you are a qualified Chef ready to take ownership, or an experienced Cook looking to step up in a supportive and creative environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing venue with strong local support and the chance to contribute to a seasonal, produce-driven menu.
About the Role
* Food preparation and service across lunch, events and functions
* Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials
* Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
* Managing prep and stock control
* Working efficiently during busy service periods
* Collaborating with management and front-of-house to deliver a seamless guest experience
* Hours of restaurant operation are from Friday to Sunday
About You
* Proven experience in a commercial kitchen (Chef or Senior Cook level)
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for quality, presentation and consistency
* Reliable, organised and a team player
* Available to work weekends and flexible hours
