We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our civil division projects. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the delivery of complex engineering projects, drive growth and expansion plans, and make a lasting impact on our organization.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of civil engineering projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Your role will also involve monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery
* Lead project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
* Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize delays and cost overruns
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project objectives are met
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil engineering projects
* Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering, project management, or a related field
* Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
