What You\'ll Do:
Act as a product expert and trusted advisor, guiding customers through Zeekr's vehicles, technology, and features in a clear and engaging way.
Create personalised showroom experiences, including vehicle walk-throughs, host test drive experiences, technology demonstrations, and interactive discussions.
Maintain ongoing communication with customers through calls, emails, and messages to answer questions and provide support throughout their journey.
Support customers through the purchasing process in a clear, transparent, and customer-friendly manner.
Ensure a smooth and memorable vehicle delivery experience.
Build long-term relationships with customers by remaining a reliable point of contact after delivery.
Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain a welcoming, premium retail environment.
Support showroom events, customer experiences, and brand activations when required.
What You\'ve Got:
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or client experience roles preferred.
A naturally friendly and approachable personality with a passion for helping people.
Interest in technology, innovation, and the evolving electric mobility industry.
Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to explain technology in a simple and engaging way.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
