Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Co-design practices in a mental health setting and experience in a Carer Lived Experience role.
The key responsibilities of this position include advancing carer lived experience across our organization, providing strategic advice, and supporting carer participation during a time of significant system change.
Requirements
* Lived experience of supporting someone experiencing mental health challenges
* At least 2 years of experience in a Carer Lived Experience role
* Sound understanding of Co-design practices in a mental health setting
* Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work and/or Intentional Peer Support Training
* Project management skills
* Australian working rights
* Current Influenza vaccination
* Be willing to undergo a Background Check
