About us

Sylvanvale Limited is an award winning, not‐for‐profit services provider, supporting over 750 children and adults with a disability. We pride ourselves on assisting individuals, from a range of diverse cultural backgrounds, to live and participate in their community as they choose.

About The Role

Sylvanvale provides services 7 days per week which includes morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.

This role would suit someone who has the tenacity and confidence in working with people with complex support needs and, at times, behaviours of concern. You will be required to appropriately support clients with opportunities to reach their individual goals through meaningful activities in their home and in the community.

Types of duties may include:

• Supporting customers with personal care, health issues and hygiene
• Performing household tasks including menu planning, cooking, and cleaning
• Supporting customers to access and be a part of their local community
