About the role
Join the team at Pure Wine Co as a Sales Support & Customer Service professional. In this full-time role, you will be based in Nairne SA 5252, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued wineries, representatives and clients.
What you'll be doing
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance
* Process orders, manage inventory, and coordinate shipping to ensure timely delivery
* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales orders, invoices, and reports
* Acting as first point of contact for our sales team and warehouses
* Identify issues and provide customer solutions using problem solving skills
* Continuously look for ways to improve customer satisfaction and streamline internal processes
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within the wine or hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, customer relationship management (CRM) and order processing software
* A passion for the wine industry and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic company
