**About the Role**
As an Aged Care Home & Community Assistant, you will be providing personalised support to older Australians to continue living independently in their home whilst making a positive impact in their community.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Domestic assistance such as meal preparation and light house cleaning
- Personal Care including grooming and showering
- Community access to medical appointments and social activities
- Supporting with tasks and routines
- Build positive relationships with clients
**Skills & Experience**
- Passionate about making a positive impact in our ageing community
- An Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with minimum third-party insurance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (must be obtained prior to employment)
