Lead Store Team Member
Your Primary Role
This is a leadership opportunity where you will drive the performance of our store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. As a leader by example, your primary responsibilities include maintaining store operations, managing financials, KPIs, and stock levels.
You will work closely with the store team on the shop floor to promote our extensive range of paints and products.
