Reporting to the Civil Project Manager, you will take a key leadership position on site — overseeing daily operations, maintaining project quality and safety, and supporting the crew to ensure work is delivered efficiently and to standard. This hands-on role includes machinery operation, supervising civil works, conducting inspections, managing documentation, and providing practical solutions to daily site challenges.What you'll need to succeed
* Proven hands-on experience in civil construction
* High-level competency operating excavators, graders, loaders, rollers, posi tracks and trucks
* HR (Heavy Rigid) Licence (essential)
* Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
* Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
* Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure
* Confidence using basic digital reporting tools
