The Role
Step into a role you can shape. As our Account Manager, you'll drive growth across a portfolio of Managed Customers while uncovering and winning new business throughout Virginia and nearby regions in North Brisbane.
You'll bring together technical know-how and exceptional customer service to create seamless, positive experiences—before, during and after customers choose our products. If you're passionate about making things easy, building trust, and delivering outstanding service end-to-end, this role is made for you.
What you will enjoy doing
* Drive new business growth in your territory—building a solid pipeline, owning the sales journey, and closing deals with confidence.
* Build long-lasting customer relationships across industrial and welding sectors—become their trusted go-to expert.
* Partner closely with your branch and support teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience from start to finish.
* Identify and commercialise new gas opportunities alongside the BOC sales team.
* Provide expert technical advice using your knowledge of welding processes and applications.
* Champion safety —because zero harm is the only option
What makes you great
You may have sales experience, but your technical background in welding/fabrication is what sets you apart.
You're customer-obsessed, self-driven and energised by achieving daily activity targets.
You love being out on the road, meeting people, taking initiative, and getting things done. (And yes—you'll get a company vehicle)
You're polished, professional and an excellent communicator with strong time-management skills.
You want to own your region, manage significant customer revenue, and be empowered to do the deal—because you're hungry to win.
You hold a clean and valid driver's licence
