In the role of Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering the strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand equity, venue awareness, and revenue growth across Artemus Group’s portfolio. The Marketing Manager plays a key role in campaign planning, brand development, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans for group-wide campaigns, individual venues, and major events
- Lead the strategy and performance of digital platforms including social media, websites, eDMs, and paid advertising
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to drive brand consistency across all internal and external communications, aligning with the Group’s tone and visual identity
- Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and project outcomes, ensuring effective delivery and ROI
- Collaborate closely with venue managers and senior stakeholders to understand commercial objectives and tailor marketing support and timelines accordingly
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies, tourism partners, photographers, media buyers, and suppliers
- Oversee external print collateral and approval of quotes in line with venue and precinct budgets
- Manage internal design workflow to achieve key deadlines and commercial outcomes
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports to guide decision-making and continuous improvement
- Guide and mentor Marketing Specialists and Coordinators to deliver high-quality work and foster professional growth
- Support the launch of current venues, concepts, and experiences with strategic go-to-market planning
- Identify new marketing opportunities, industry trends, and innovations to keep Artemus Group at the forefront of hospitality marketing

About you

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is desirable
- 5+ years' experience in marketing
- Proven track record of delivering successful brand and campaign strategies in a hospitality, events, or lifestyle business
- High proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, CMS platforms) and maximizing paid digital campaign results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and creative storytelling
- Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of customer behaviour in the hospitality sector
- Experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff
- Design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, Microsoft Office, reporting skills, administrative writing skills, documentation skills, organization
