Salary Range: $99,938 - $110,271 + super
Employment Type: Full Time Temporary until 28 November 2026
Location: Haymarket, Parramatta or Gosford
We have an exciting opportunity to work within the Systems Project and Delivery Team within the Talent Team for until November 28, 2026.
In the Assistant Project Officer role, you will support project development and delivery of Talent Acquisition specific projects along with providing support in system administration for all talent related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Senior Advisor and the Talent Team
* Create and maintain SharePoint pages and related content
* Manage central inbox and assist with system escalations
* Monitor and report on project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
* Update and maintain project documentation and records.
* Conduct basic research and contribute to project briefs.
* Assist in task completion and project plan implementation.
* Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders.
Key Challenges:
* Managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines and competing priorities
* Self-managing workloads from multiple projects
This role will be perfect for you if you have attention to detail, ability to self-manage your workload, you are confident to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and enjoy working creatively in a small team. But most importantly you have a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy problem solving.
Experience working with myCareer, SharePoint and SAP is preferred but not required.
