Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine laboratory testing and quality control tasks.
* Collaborate with departments to ensure the improvement of products and quality systems.
* Support in shelf life testing and monitoring of raw materials and intermediates.
* Collect and retain retention and shelf life samples.
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in a relevant field, preferably food science.
* Experience in food testing in laboratories.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Prior experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, preferably SAP.
