As Marketing Manager, you will be both strategic and hands on. You will shape brand positioning, lead campaigns that generate demand, and ensure every initiative delivers measurable impact.
About the Role
This role blends strategy with execution. You will define the company's brand position in the construction industry, plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, and maintain a results first mindset. From digital campaigns and social media to client activations and showroom experiences, you will ensure the company's marketing is consistent, creative, and commercially valuable.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and strengthen the company's brand positioning in the building and construction industry
* Develop and execute targeted campaigns that generate B2B demand and qualified leads
* Manage social media channels and digital content aligned with the company's reputation and values
* Translate project success into compelling case studies and client-facing materials
* Plan and deliver activations, events, and marketing initiatives with clear KPIs and timelines
* Track ROI and provide transparent reporting on performance and brand reach
About You
* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally in building, HVAC, or sustainability sectors
* Strong B2B marketing expertise with success in lead generation and building reputation
* Confident across digital marketing, copywriting, and campaign delivery
* Creative and commercially mature thinker, able to identify opportunities and bring them to life
* Passionate about sustainability and aligned with the company's vision and values
* A resilient professional who takes ownership and thrives alongside visionary leadership
