Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic team in caslte hill store. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in beauty and skincare, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Beauty Advisor, you will guide our customers through our product lines, provide personalized beauty consultations, and help them discover products that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer personalized beauty and skincare consultations to customers.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
* Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications.
* Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered.
* Manage inventory and display merchandise attractively.
* Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
* Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role in the cosmetic industry.
* A strong passion for beauty and skincare with a keen eye for color and style.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Proficiency in makeup application and skincare consultation.
* High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification is a plus.
