About the Role
We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our front-line team. As a key member, you will play an essential role in ensuring every customer receives a high standard of service.
This is a full-time position, ideal for someone with a bubbly personality who enjoys working with people and managing various tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Delivering empathetic and exceptional service to all customers
* Handling service bookings and responding to enquiries via phone, email, and SMS
* Supporting workshop productivity and performance
* Managing job costings and invoicing accurately and efficiently
* Processing warranty claims in a timely and compliant manner
* Maintaining all reporting requirements and meeting set KPIs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
* Confidence in using software systems and communication tools
* A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team
* Experience in a similar automotive or dealership service advisor role is highly regarded
