As a Mental Health Support Worker within this program, you will play a pivotal role in assisting participants to identify their values, strengths, set goals, and build skills for independent living, healthy lifestyle, community access, and self-identity resilience.
This role requires delivering practical support focusing on decision-making skills, social participation, independent living, and building self-identity and resilience skills. You will be based in Nowra and work full-time in a fixed-term capacity until June 2026.
