Workshop Controller (Full Time) – Kedron Service Department.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of technicians to maximise productivity and profitability within the workshop.
* Exercise excellent time‑management skills to balance resources with conflicting priorities.
* Build effective relationships with workshop staff and foster a positive workshop culture.
* Motivate and train workshop staff while maintaining targets and deadlines.
* Provide high‑level guest service to dealership guests.
* Liaise with the Workshop Foreman for repairs and diagnoses of problems.
* Allocate completed vehicles for quality testing, organise acquisition of workshop supplies and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous background as a Workshop Controller, Master Technician, Technician or experienced Service Advisor (desirable).
* Working knowledge of dealer management systems.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the automotive industry.
* Ability to work productively in an autonomous environment.
* Highly motivated and guest‑service focused.
* Ability to manage time effectively and multi‑task where required.
* Hold a current and valid manual driver's licence (Queensland).
* Toyota experience advantageous, but not necessary.
