The Role: Reporting to the QLD Manager, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the Project Managers and Sales & Estimating team. ensuring all administrative needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include, and not limited to: Providing quality professional services to customers and clients, both internal and external Assisting with typing and printing tender and project documentation Managing all telephone enquiries relating to projects Printing and collating O&M Manuals, WHS documents, SWMS, etc Formatting of Site Quality Assurance and WHS Manuals Scheduling, planning and preparing meetings, conference calls, agendas, minutes and distribution Maintaining and updating new project files Manage all issues which arise within the Project Administration area Managing and overseeing the reception staff & area Ad hoc administration duties as required The Person: You have a ‘can do’ attitude, high attention to detail, are self-motivated and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills. A minimum of 3 years experience in Office Administration along with an intermediate level of computer skills i.e. MS Office Suite is essential.
