Exam Delivery and Customer Service Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a secure testing environment.
* Comply with established testing procedures and company policies.
* Verify candidate identification and assist them in preparing for exams.
* Explain exam procedures and supervise candidates during testing sessions.
* Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal departments.
* Educate colleagues on policy breaches immediately.
* Perform light housekeeping duties as directed.
Requirements and Skills
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
* Experience in proctoring or exam invigilation is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary.
* The ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs independently is also required.
