What you’ll be doing
* Building strong, influential relationships with employers, senior leaders and stakeholders
* Leading a small, high performing team to deliver standout events and engagement
* Growing the region commercially — through membership and sponsorship opportunities
* Overseeing ACT based governance groups and ensuring meaningful member representation
* Managing office operations, budgets and regional performance
* Bringing market insights back to drive national strategy and advocacy
What you’ll bring
* Proven leadership experience and the ability to inspire and influence
* Strong stakeholder management skills — especially with senior executives
* Commercial acumen and experience contributing to growth or sales outcomes
* Excellent communication, relationship building and presentation skills
* Confidence navigating complex environments and leading through change
* High digital fluency and openness to new tools and technology
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (postgraduate highly regarded)
* Experience in a membership body, professional services or public sector related environment is a bonus
