* Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service while offering professional parking services.
* Attend to customer needs by ensuring a positive and memorable experience is provided.
* Provide expert knowledge of the airport precinct to answer customer queries regarding airport amenities and other available services.
* Collect and accurately label keys belonging to customers to ensure efficient and effective return of vehicle.
* Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely.
* Organise and file paperwork relating to customers' vehicles and daily transactions.
* Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Assist and support colleagues with administrative tasks as required or as directed.
Requirements:
* A proven track record in customer-facing roles.
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* A valid driver's license and clean driving history.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A team-player attitude with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
* Accountability and personal integrity are essential for this role.
* The ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions at once.
* Experience driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in computer software.
* Maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
* Availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
