The role of the Associate Director is to provide direct sales and execution support to Senior Bankers, assisting in originating new business and partnering with them to ensure client revenues and profitability. The Associate Director will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Alternative Institutional managers, Financial Sponsors, Super funds, Pension funds, and Private Credit Funds.
Key Responsibilities:
* To work closely with product partners across the Group.
* Take ownership of administrative tasks pertaining to the assigned portfolio.
* Support GAM/Senior Banker in account strategy process for each client.
* Identify and act on opportunities to create new partnerships by working closely with the coverage team and product partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Banking, Economics, Finance or Accounting preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in banking.
* Risk & AML certified as stipulated by Bank policy.
* Hands-on experience in relationship management (both internal and external).
