Konekt has an exciting opportunity for Occupational Therapists to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.
About the Position
* Utilising your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations through assessment, planning and intervention.
* Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness, utilising clinical expertise to inform recommendations.
* Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
* Performing various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
* Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return to work goals, facilitating collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Engaging with internal teams and external partners to build strong relationships and drive business outcomes.
