We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team for dayshift operations in Traralgon. The ideal candidate has a valid forklift license, Heavy Rigid license, and strong work ethic.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Loading and unloading goods
* Inspecting forklifts and reporting defects
* Unloading incoming goods, replenishing stock, and monitoring product dates
* Picking and packing goods, transferring stock, and managing movement
* Removing damaged products and operating reach & counterbalance forklifts
* Performing duties within chillers and freezers, including order-in stock and weighing fresh stock
* Accurately counting and verifying stock labels during receiving and picking processes
Requirements include:
* Holding the right to work Full-time in Australia
* Previous experience (2+ years) in a similar role, especially in cold temperatures
* Valid forklift and Heavy Rigid licenses
* Maintaining physical capability to perform tasks
* Possessing a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, reading instructions, writing documentation, and verbal communications
