On the lookout for a Project Consultant / Junior Project Manager who will play a key role in supporting the Learning and Development activities across a large enterprise client.
This is a critical compliance initiative focused on ensuring that all employees, contractors, and partners have completed
legislated training requirements
.
This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing stakeholder engagement across the business to drive completion of overdue compliance training. The successful candidate will combine strong project management, communication and analytical skills to ensure that our client maintains compliance visibility and meets all external and internal obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the
project plan
, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of the Learning and training initiatives.
Engage and influence stakeholders
across business units to drive completion of legislated training requirements.
Work closely with
contract owners, functional leads, and external partners
to identify and resolve barriers to compliance.
Provide
regular progress reporting
and compliance updates to the Learning Support Manager and senior leadership.
Develop, document, and maintain compliance processes and reporting frameworks.
Support stakeholder education and communication initiatives to reinforce the importance of compliance training.
Minimum requirement - need to have worked as a Project Manager for at least 2-3 years, Ideally have completed a Prince2 or PMP certification - Business or Technology Projects is fine.
