Overview
CommBank's Commercial Bank is looking for a Relationship Executive to join our team and provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of healthcare clients with complex banking needs. The role expects you to commence with an existing book of established clients and focus on new client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and nurture existing client relationships and lead a high-growth healthcare portfolio.
* Provide solutions across transactional banking, commercial lending, working capital finance, asset finance and risk management.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop new client pipeline.
* Drive deal execution, including origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions.
* Collaborate with Relationship Executives, Account Managers & Analysts to deliver exceptional service and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
* Experience building and managing a portfolio, lending up to $10m.
* Passion for banking in the healthcare industry.
* Proven skills in deal origination, structuring and negotiation.
* Network of referral partners to identify and pursue new-to-bank opportunities.
* Effective in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding cash‐flow drivers.
* Strong relationship‐building skills through excellent service and new business development.
