The Dam Hotel is searching for an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead our high‑performing kitchen team. As one of the region's busiest venues, we pride ourselves on delivering quality, consistency, and exceptional pub‑dining experiences.

* Proven experience running a kitchen delivering 300+ covers per service
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff
* Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities
* Experience with menu development, cost control, ordering, and rostering
* A passion for fresh, high‑quality pub and bistro‑style food
* Strong understanding of food safety, compliance, and kitchen standards
