Conveyancing Assistant
This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to progress their career in the conveyancing industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support residential conveyancers by carrying out administrative tasks, such as legal searches and managing cases using our system.
* Complete anti-money laundering procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Provide quotations and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs.
* Prepare contracts and process completions efficiently.
* Assist with general administration tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Familiarity with conveyancing processes and previous experience as an assistant or secretary.
* Strong organisational and administration skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Confident telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively with clients and professionals.
* Ability to meet clients face-to-face and provide excellent customer service.
