Your Role
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Data Scientists to join our consulting team and lead data-driven transformation initiatives across complex product landscapes, helping our clients unlock insights, modernize analytics platforms, and define future-ready data strategies.
As a Data Scientist specializing in Scientific Software Development, AI & ML, you will be at the forefront of developing intelligent systems and scientific applications that drive innovation across industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy machine learning models and scientific software solutions that solve complex real-world problems.
You will play a key role in:
* AI & ML Model Development : Designing, training, and validating machine learning models for scientific and industrial applications.
* Scientific Software Engineering : Developing robust, scalable software tools and platforms for data analysis, simulation, and modeling.
* Data Analysis & Feature Engineering : Extracting insights from structured and unstructured data using statistical and computational techniques.
* Research & Innovation : Collaborating with domain experts to explore novel approaches and contribute to cutting-edge research.
* Deployment & Optimization : Implementing models in production environments and optimizing performance for scalability and efficiency.
* Documentation & Standards : Creating and maintaining technical documentation, ensuring reproducibility and compliance with best practices.
* Collaboration : Working with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to align solutions with business and scientific goals.
* Ethical AI Practices : Ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems.
* Proposal Support : Contributing to the development of proposals to win new business and expand project opportunities.

Your Profile
* Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Technical Expertise :
* Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages.
* Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
* Familiarity with scientific computing libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Pandas).
* Edge compute and Edge / Embedded AI - technical knowledge
* Software Development : Strong coding skills and experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering principles.
* Mathematical & Statistical Knowledge : Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization.
* Cloud & Data Platforms : Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
* Communication & Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.
