About the Role:
* Provide comprehensive marketing leadership and execution for paediatric oncology and rare disease brands.
* Develop and manage marketing strategies, from localisation to tactical delivery.
* Design and deliver strategic brand plans and integrated tactical plans for Norgine paediatric oncology and rare disease products.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to grow and develop business through targeted, data-informed, and strategically-aligned marketing programs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Comprehensive leadership-of and ownership-to marketing activities across the paediatric oncology and rare disease franchise.
* End-to-end management of marketing requirements from strategy localisation, through to tactical delivery.
* Design and deliver strategic brand plans and integrated tactical plans for paediatric oncology and rare disease products.
